Our sophisticated in-house lab can conduct most of the demanding product performance tests of composite material. It is an important part of our QC system and strongly supporting of our continous innovation

• MAFFLE FURNACE, test and control the foreign substance of HDPE and wood flour level, insure purity of raw material

• MFR, melt flow index, reflect the flow speed of HDPE and approval of HDPE grading

• TENSIL TESTING, inspect tensile capacity of HDPE which will impact the HPC stability and flexibility

• DENSITY TESTER, control of HPC density

• COLOR ASSESSMENT CABINET, compare and assure matching-color of different batch in pre-set standard light both

• THERMOSTATIC WATER CONTAINER, conducting 8 hours boiling water test, verify HPC water absorption rate and material expansion rate under high temperature and raining environment

• BENDING PROPERTY, verify max loading capacity of HPC in declared installation span distance

• ACCELERATED AGING TESTER, with artificial UV lamps and auto water spray system, simulation of outdoor sunny and raining weather, check, record and control color changing delta

• CONSTANT TEMPERATURE&HUMIDITY CHAMBER, test product reaction in temperature ranking from minus 40 C° to plus 60 C°

After years efforts, Rainbodeck built up a scientific and sound self-control system, our QC system complies with strict and metric international standards of ISO, EN, DIN and ASTM. This system covers worldwide requirements and norms.

At the same time, Rainbodeck works closely together with international third-party laboratory like Intertek in order to ensure that our products always can fulfill the latest regulation and standards of different countries.
